In addition to containing the complete content of the GeneSpeed database, this data repository and bioinformatics toolbox contains additional expression data and analysis tools specifically designed for the study of Immunological expression datasets..

A section of GeneSpeed Immunology is an array repository containing many microarrays of pancreatic origin as well as an assortment of developmental time series array data from a myriad of different tissue types. This collection of immunology based array data has enabled us to develop novel meta-analysis tools that analyze the differences in overall tissue/organ dynamics between different tissue/organ types. Thus far, these new analyses have yielded novel insight into the mechanisms and regulatory factors utilized by the different immune related cells.

Because our immunology array repository contains data from many different experiments, this enables us to also analyze the details of other experiments as well. If you have performed microarray experiments of your own, we would encourage you to share your data with us.
